Investment and estimated rate of return

La Manga is a popular holiday destination with high demand for short-term rentals during the season and increasing occupancy outside the season thanks to its mild climate.

Based on a conservative assumption of vacation rentals for approximately 16–18 weeks per year, the estimated gross rate of return may be approximately 5–7% per annum, depending on the standard of equipment, price list, and occupancy.
