Starting from the traditional silhouette of a house, the original pentagon, the design team developed these geometric lines to create a symbiosis with the existing vegetation, establishing a continuous dialogue with nature, its energy, and movement.
Thus, the central axis that configures the traditional pitched roof of a house breaks and shifts one of its edges, dancing to the rhythm of the wind. This generates a distinction between each villa, creating a unique skyline on the Costa del Sol.
In line with the “Less is more” philosophy, the design reflects a search for clean, elegant, and delicate lines.
Materials such as natural wood have been used in selected areas of the villa’s cladding, allowing for a constant dialogue with the surrounding natural landscape and undoubtedly giving the project the uniqueness, elegance, and purity that define New Build villas.
The staircase, designed and built as a sculptural work, elevates the living area and becomes an exclusive art gallery.
The 3 and 4-bedroom villas have been designed to optimize spaces and the relationships between different areas.

Just a few minutes’ drive away is the charming town of Mijas and its carefully preserved old town with delightful narrow streets. You can go shopping in Marbella or Fuengirola, or enjoy the nightlife in La Cala de Mijas or Puerto Banús.
