Option B – purchase with transfer of the apartment for 1 season
You purchase the property, and the developer manages it for 1 season (April 1 – September 30). You receive a discount on the purchase price, and your apartment is kept in excellent condition thanks to a free full maintenance service. After the season, you regain full ownership and decide on further cooperation.
Option A – purchase with transfer of the apartment for 5 seasons
You buy the property with the largest available discount. The apartment remains at the developer's disposal for 5 consecutive summer seasons, and you can use it during the rest of the year. You receive the maximum price reduction, and your apartment is professionally maintained at no extra cost.
